Institutional blockchain infrastructure for Central Asia

An ecosystem for the government, banks and companies — and for their clients. Token issuance backed by real assets on a regulated network.

Which tokens can be issued

NAPP Regulation No. 3397 allows five types. All are available to companies; individuals can issue only NFTs.

How an issuance works

  1. You describe the asset, the future holders and the purpose of the issuance — that's enough for the first conversation.

Submit a request

Describe your scenario — we'll check it against the Regulation and suggest a time to meet.

What to include in your request

Your request goes to our compliance team: [email protected].

Tell us about your asset — let's discuss the issuance

The first conversation is a deep dive: what stands behind the asset, who the holders will be, and what restrictions are needed.

What to know before issuing

A short rundown of the most common questions — on NAPP Regulation No. 3397 and the crypto depository's procedure.

  • Legal entities — secured and investment tokens, as well as commodity and utility tokens. Individuals — only NFTs. Unbacked tokens are prohibited from issuance in Uzbekistan; stablecoins are permitted only under a special legal regime of NAPP and the Central Bank — this is how HUMO Stablecoin was issued.
